(...) I'm interested, and so's my wife! JK, she wouldn't be interested, unless there was also a gathering of "long-suffering spouses[1]". My 2 boys might be interested, depending on the nature of the gathering. Steve -- 1-Er, 'spice'? (25 years ago, 3-Sep-99, to lugnet.loc.us.mi)

I like the idea. As a possible first meet, the GMLTC is going to be showing at the Great American Train Show (GATS) in early Nov. in St. Paul. Maybe a fest as well? Thoughts?   Michigan Legofest.

Hi folks, I just want to know how many Michigan folks are interested in attending a Michigan Legofest (at my place in St. Clair Shores - near I-94/I-696 interchange)? Possibly in late September or early October. Gary Istok (25 years ago, 2-Sep-99, to lugnet.loc.us.mi)

  purple buckets at Mt.Pleasant Wal-Mart

I don't know just how rare these brick buckets are, but it seems like I'm seeing less and less of them. The Mt.Pleasant Wal-Mart (near the CMU campus) still has about 7 of them, at $4.50 each, if I remember correctly. At 400 pieces, that's a pretty (...) (25 years ago, 30-Aug-99, to lugnet.loc.us.mi)

  Mc Donald's Lego

If McDonald's have a Lego promotion, after Halloween, I may well be out of the country at that time (from Nov. 1 to Nov. 10).
