You don’t need a ton of brick’s, just like to build and have fun. We (...)   Re: Any good stores in Orlando?

(...) You don't have to be young to have fun at Disney World. I go there all the time (I live in Miami, so it's not such a huge trip) and always have a blast (I'm 37). The LIC is the LEGO Imagination Centre. Cooler than the outlet store in looks, (...) (25 years ago, 19-Feb-00, to lugnet.loc.us.fl.orl, lugnet.market.shopping)

Re: Any good stores in Orlando?

If you go to Epcot Center, see the gift shop in Norway. They have some Lego sculptures inside. They also sell (cough cough, Mouse markup) some promo sets (think ninja minifigs.) Hvor mye koster det? (25 years ago, 18-Feb-00, to lugnet.loc.us.fl.orl, lugnet.market.shopping)

Re: Any good stores in Orlando?

(...) Lego Imagination Center. Great big Lego store with a play/building area outside. Giant Lego sculptures around it. Very cool place. (...) We will be going there also this August. 5th anniversary and first vacation since our honeymoon. (...) (...) (25 years ago, 18-Feb-00, to lugnet.loc.us.fl.orl, lugnet.market.shopping)

Re: Any good stores in Orlando?

(...) Well, I don't know what LIC is... (Should I add this to the list?) But yes, I will be in Disneyworld. (Hey, I have a ten-year-old sister, it's not my fault :) If it were up to me I'd go to the Potomac Mills Outlet instead - with a stop in DC (...)   Re: Any good stores in Orlando?

(...) The LIC in Downtown Disney is pretty darn cool, but I guess that's why you're going. :) (25 years ago, 18-Feb-00, to lugnet.loc.us.fl.orl, lugnet.market.shopping)

  Any good stores in Orlando?

Hi, I'm gonna be in Orlando, FL next week and was wondering, are there any good stores in the area? Also, are sales taxes higher than, say, Boston? TIA, -Shiri "so psyched to get there" Dori (25 years ago, 18-Feb-00, to lugnet.loc.us.fl.orl, lugnet.market.shopping)

New sets at E. Colonial TRU

I was at the Toys R Us on E. Colonial (near the Fashion Square Mall) and found some new sets today. They have the new Technic Indy car (8445) and the new Technic Apache helicopter (8444). These Technic sets have new packaging and I almost missed (...) (25 years ago, 8-Aug-99, to lugnet.loc.us.fl.orl)

Re: X-Wing Available at TRU (E. Colonial)

Well after posting I realized Andy posted about the E. Colonial sets on Friday and said there was only 2 or 3. So this morning I called the Lego Imagination Center and they told me they had X-Wings in stock. I made the pilgrimage and picked up 3 (...) (26 years ago, 18-Apr-99, to lugnet.loc.us.fl.orl)

Re: X-Wing Available at TRU (E. Colonial)

Sounds good! When are we expecting the naboo fighter around central fl? Are those speeder bikes worth getting as well? (got my X-wing via S&H. Awesome set!) Any of you Lego train heads? -Doug, in Daytona. (...) (26 years ago, 18-Apr-99, to lugnet.loc.us.fl.orl)
