Whoa there Mark. I think you are confusing things a little.

In lugnet.loc.us.ca.sf, Mark Benz writes:

Thanks for the input. Maybe we should do a member's only
Sunday when it will be productive as well as a "regular"
Meeting?

Yes, I think you should reserve a Saturday for a general meeting AND a Sunday
for a member only business meeting.

Do we plan to use Poindexter's modules or build new ones or
both or ???

We will not be using Mike's modules at this time. We will be building all new
tables.

What else do we need to bring as a club or individuals? I
assume Brickswest is not just a lego train meeting?

The train layout we are designing has nothing to do with BricksWest. I have told
the group all the details about BricksWest that I know so far.

Is the WAMALUG Brickfest agenda still online someplace?

I dunno.

We should probably have an evening "business" meeting soon,
like in Nov., to discuss EXACTLY what is going to
BricksWest and who will bring it. I can likely volunteer
our pickup truck with shell, but will likely have to
transport my own stuff, and family in it as well.

Like I said on Saturday, there is absolutely nothing set in stone for BricksWest
yet in regard to specific club participation. Matt Gerber is going to the next
LUGOLA meeting, and I understand he plans on discussing BricksWest with them.
Since they are closer to LEGOLAND then we are, I believe they will be the "event
host" club.

Also, we should get going talking with Lego about getting a
load of track. ALso, do you think it is reasonable to start
a push on Lugnet, etc. to ask TLG to build a new curved
track piece with say 1.5 to double the radius of the
current curves? (To make gentler curves)

You didn't stay for the BayLTC business meeting that we had at 4pm on Saturday.
We are going to pull all member track first to see if we have enough. Then I
will attempt to contact LEGO Direct about getting track. And I doubt a new track
piece can be done in time.

PS I just saw your email about BrickFest attendees. So far, not a single person
is registered for BricksWest yet because no registration information is
available yet. So no, the number you found is not consistant.

Russell
