I just discovered Lugnet and Baylug on the web a few weeks ago, and
haven't had a chance to meet any of you yet.  I'm currently working on
a few Lego projects and will be putting up some web pages soon to
highlight them.  And I'm kicking myself for not having discovered
Baylug a few weeks earlier or I would have been at the December
meeting.

I haven't heard about this list - how do I get on it?

  1) The Fremont Library is still booked 3 months out, so we can't get in there
to have a meeting until late April at this point. (This should be easier after
tax time...)

What about other libraries?  Every town's got at least one or two, right?

  2) Does enyone else want to try to arrange for a place? (handicap access,
close to transit, and nearby parking, with a bunch of tables...oh yeah, must be
free, since we don't have a treasury at the moment! ;-)

My vote would be for a place that is not someone's house, if they have
pets.  My wife is extremely allergic and she'd like to come too.

  3) Mark Benz is asking if anyone is interested in a possible meeting in the
lunchroom of the school that his son attends? It's somewhere in Mountain View.
(What days would be better? I like 2/17 or 2/24...)

Sounds good to me.  But I'm planning to be out of town on 2/17 so I
hope it isn't that weekend.  It's a 3-day weekend, so it would be
likely that others also might be out of town.

(Should we crosspost this thread to the baylug group?)
