  Monorail Accessory Track

Has anyone seen 6921 Monorail Accessory Track or 6347 Accessory Track sets in McFrugal's (or any other store) lately? I know that they were available in quantity in the Bay Area a few years ago. There are none in the Southland, and I've searched all (...) (26 years ago, 22-Dec-98, to lugnet.loc.us.ca.sf)

  Wall Street Journal "Mindstorm" story

I hadn't seen any notes here about the story, so here's the scoop: Thursday, 12/10/98 in Marketplace (section B, page 1, top half!) is a story under the banner "Toys", written by Joseph Pereira, staff reporter for WSJ. You may be able to find a (...) (26 years ago, 17-Dec-98, to lugnet.loc.us.ca.sf)

Re: See you in Carlsbad this March?

I will most likely only be going to the 3/14 Preview, and only be there for the day. I plan on driving down REAL early, and driving back REAL late. If anyone else bought a season ticket and wants to do a bonzai run for the Preview, let me know. My (...) (26 years ago, 15-Dec-98, to lugnet.loc.us.ca.sf)

Re: See you in Carlsbad this March?

(...) I will be there in March. Is the "just across the street" the one on Palomar Airport Road? If it is, then my friend and I will be staying there as well. Russell (26 years ago, 15-Dec-98, to lugnet.loc.us.ca.sf)

See you in Carlsbad this March?

A bunch of folks from the S.F. Bay Area are planning to meet in Carlsbad, for the opening of LEGOLAND there. In order to help keep folks together, I've started a web page with some of the hotel pointers and other links that might be useful for the (...) (26 years ago, 15-Dec-98, to lugnet.loc.us.ca.sf)

  Amazons in Sunnyvale

Saw four of the Amazon sets at the Sunnyvale TRU this evening. Riverboat set was $50, didn't price the others. They look sharp. Police boat from Town as well; didn't see anything else new. Kevin (26 years ago, 12-Dec-98, to lugnet.loc.us.ca.sf)

  Merry Christmas

Greetings all! Have a Merry Christmas. May you find a minifig peeking out of a stocking. From Tom McDonald Anti-spam block in place. (URL) what you can, but behave yourself. We'll have more, right after this. (26 years ago, 8-Dec-98, to lugnet.loc.us.ca.sf)

  Re: Carlsbad Legofest

I will actually be in Annaheim for a meeting from March 21-25 (or at least part of it) so I might be able to make the fairly short trip to Carlsbad for the opening! Paying $5 for the space would probably be a bargain and it certainly wouldn't deter (...) (26 years ago, 23-Nov-98, to lugnet.loc.us.ca.sf)

  Carlsbad Legofest

After the wonderfully successful Legofest in San Francisco in October, a few of us were thinking about doing a similar event in Carlsbad for the 20-21 March 1999 weekend. This is the opening weekend for Legoland California. To do the planning, we (...) (26 years ago, 22-Nov-98, to lugnet.announce, lugnet.general, lugnet.loc.us.ca.sf, lugnet.loc.us.ca.sd)

  Re: Danger Will Robinson!

(...) The weapons wagon would have been a much bigger threat to my pocketbook if I hadn't bought 20 last january from Target. However Frontier Patrol sounds good. -Bill (26 years ago, 20-Nov-98, to lugnet.loc.us.ca.sf)

  Danger Will Robinson!

Warning. The following is a hazard to your pocketbook! I just went by WalMart (Milpitas) on the way back from lunch and saw a display of Wild West. I've always wanted to get a bunch of Cavalry Minifigs and Covered wagons so I stopped to check the (...) (26 years ago, 19-Nov-98, to lugnet.loc.us.ca.sf)
