I picked up four of these myself, and will probably get some more for just the two pieces you described. It's also nice to get more trans-orange minifig head without shelling out $20+ for them. What part of NY? I can tell you about NY City. In Manhattan the custom is to charge 10% more than usual for Lego. The major chain stores to get it are Toys R Us, Kmart, Bradlees, and the lesser stores are KB Toys (20% markup!), Zany Brainy, maybe (...) (26 years ago, 8-Nov-00, to lugnet.loc.us, lugnet.loc.us.ny)
