I am reasonably competant at parts authoring
(http://news.lugnet.com/cad/dat/parts/?q=%27New+Part%27+%27Chris+Dee%27), but
it's a slow process. My most demanding recent achievements are the curved
staircase and the Exhaust pipe. MLCad itself it not the best tool for this and
I use LDAO or a basic text editor (eg. PFE or Notepad) for parts creation and
L3Lab for review. I am happy to spend some time demonstrating this process, but
it would have to be a pretty simple part to make some progress in the time
available. If there's any interest could we get L3Lab on the laptop, and I'll
think about a suitable part or two? This would really need a projector if more
than two or three people are interested.
