What date is it?

Oh yeah, sorry.  Cutting and pasting, I left that out.  It's on Saturday
28th April, 10 till 6 pm.

Should be able to make that -- although I might have the kids in tow.

There's other stuff around the area, if the family want to leave you at the
fort for a while.  There's the RN Submarine Museum on the other side of
Gosport, Stokes Bay (shingle beach), Historic Dockyard across the harbour,
and a swimming pool and ice rink within walking distance of the fort - need
to check times though for the ice rink, since I'm not a regular.

Put me down as a possible, although I'll have to check with the boss as I'm
already going to the Cheshire one, and two in such close proximity might
make her a tad concerned that she's married a nutcase. I did try to warn her
but she wouldn't listen!

If that's the case I will have room for two extras in the car with a pick-up
anywhere between SW London and Portsmouth. It's only an hour away, so it's a
bit more respectable than Cheshire (still concerned I'll need my passport
for that one).

P.S. I'll leave the longboat in the garage and bring the Rover. I'm a bit
pillaged out at present.
