  Re: Some 2002 Lego spotted

  Re: Some 2002 Lego spotted

Just went into TRU cardiff, and it had the most miserable selection ever. Looks like they have been filling their shelves with dross overstock, hopefully in preperation for new stuff, but It looked like they were cutting down on the shelf space. (...) (23 years ago, 7-Jan-02, to lugnet.loc.uk)

  Woolies sale info

Woolworths in Portsmouth have marked the Pirate Island down from £29.95 to £22.95 (got one). Flash Speeders are down to £3.99 each too. Annoying, as I bought another two just before Christmas. Jason J Railton (23 years ago, 5-Jan-02, to lugnet.loc.uk)

  Some 2002 Lego spotted

Toys 'R' Us in Portsmouth have some 2002 models. They've got all the new pull-back-and-go Racers (small ones with block-body figs 4582 and 4583, two each in 4594 and 4593, some larger monster-truck and F1 sizes with whole minifigs 4584 and 4585, and (...)   Re: Lego Disappointing at the Sales

(...) It may be that they will be in the nest catalogue? I'm disappointed about the Manas Crab 8539. When they were reduced to £50 before Xmas, I had hoped for a second drop in the Sale. Instead they put them back up to £70{1}. Scott A {1} Johon (...) (23 years ago, 4-Jan-02, to lugnet.loc.uk)

  Stuck with Harry Potter Castles?

I notice quite a few Harry Potter Castles still running on ebay. Not getting any bids though. Now that xmas has passed I would imagine that the enthusiasm has worn off. Wonder if we will see some appearing below cost before long as sellers try to (...) (23 years ago, 3-Jan-02, to lugnet.loc.uk)
