3723 for Xmas - but no instructions

Disaster - I got a 3723 giant minifig today but can't build it - Lego left the instructions out of the box. I don't really want to take it back to the shop as it was the last Lego Bluewater had, apparently. I don't suppose there'll be anyone at the (...) (23 years ago, 25-Dec-01, to lugnet.loc.uk)

  Re: Bricks & Pieces Newsletter

Thanks for the info Phil. I don't know whether or not to sell it on yet. Although I'm fond of my 70's Lego, I'm not exactly a collector, so it would probably be far more appreciated by someone else. Thanks again, and have a merry one :) Steve. "Phil (...) (23 years ago, 24-Dec-01, to lugnet.loc.uk)

  Bargains back at TK Maxx

OK, so in the inevitable Christmas rush, I ventured into TK Maxx, not expecting for one moment to see any Lego.   Re: Bricks & Pieces Newsletter

Yes Steve, there are 4 of these as Jono rightly said. They are not very easy to find in my experience. Although I have all of the 'proper' Bricks 'n Pieces mags, I only have 3 of these 4 'unofficial' ones. And 2 of those are repro, not originals. I (...) (23 years ago, 21-Dec-01, to lugnet.loc.uk)
