I'm fairly sure in some of my literature on it, it was refered to as LRT, in
comparison to the Subway. Remember, this was before the Harbourfront line was
approved...
I know UTDC refered to it as you did, but I think the TTC refered to it as LRT,
so that they could squeek the budget past City Hall.

I thought that the Harbourfront line ran the rebuilt PCC's (4600's) for a while
(not original condition ones, with the hand openable upper window!)
