You can use it as a good firewall. That's what we use for our home network - an
old 486, with (less than [1]) 8Mb of RAM, and ~200M disk space... And it's the
firewall for ~8 machines at any given time, doing pretty smart stuff, with an
average uptime of about 1 year - when I take it down to move it to a new UPS, or
something like that :)
Who can't use a new firewall?? :)

[1] Less than 8MB, because it has some bad memory. On bootup, it shows 8090Kb.
Go figure - but it works :)
