I guess this may have been in the works for some time because it always
seemed a bit funny that the US S@H's 1-800 number worked in Canada, yet you
could not order things and have them sent to a Canadian address.

Duty actually should not be a problem - I believe there is no actual _duty_ on toys, judging from my experience getting things from the US. What there IS, is GST - and the (...) (25 years ago, 21-Jun-99, to lugnet.loc.ca)
