We received the bad news today as well. Shocking...
My wife was told when she called (The number is auto routing to the US) that we
would now be charged in USD and that DUTY and LARGE shipping would now be in
effect...
She really bitched and was told that they would honour the price and shipping
rules until the JAN 1st...
We are planning a HUGE order... I just hope that the prices don't shoot up. The
exchange rate is a killer. (46%)

| (...) There's no duty on toys coming into Canada. The shipping should also still be free, if the new 2000 lego Direct brochure (see Brickshelf scans) is correct - it says nothing about extra shipping to Canada. Canadian S@H prices were always a (...) (25 years ago, 21-Dec-99, to lugnet.loc.ca)
