Good day! Turns out that there is an interest of Ontario LEGO builders in attending this year's Hobby Show at the International Centre in Toronto, Ontario. Well, I have to admit I found a few things to not be happy with about the new catalogue. Ignoring that we are getting hosed with the exchange rate, some of the unpleasant surprises are: -baseplates of all sorts are up in price. 626 green 32x32 is (...) (18 years ago, 19-Jul-06, to lugnet.loc.ca)

After playing around with Digital Designer for a bit I thought I'd try and actually design something using the available parts. Zellers flyer has "Buy 1, Get 1 1/2 price All LEGO sets. Second item must be of equal or lesser value". Because of the long weekend*, the sale starts an extra day earlier, going from Friday May 19th to Friday May 26th. The big question is are there (...) (18 years ago, 16-May-06, to lugnet.loc.ca)
