Have to agree with getting more Pick a brick stores, you have one in Windsor, down in the south of england, there should be one up north, say Manchester, so i can get the bits i need without resorting to bricklink :D (20 years ago, 30-Apr-04, to lugnet.lego, lugnet.general, lugnet.loc.ca, lugnet.loc.ca.on.ott, lugnet.org.ca.parlugment, lugnet.dear-lego)

  History

Don't know how I got the idea, but I was browsing LUGNET and got the idea to look up who were the oldest posters on LUGNET from ParLUGment. Interesting stuff.   Zellers asnd TRU small sales

Zellers ran a one page ad in one of the Halifax papers yesterday having a BOGO half off sale on all LEGO Thursday and Friday (April 29th and 30th) only. The sale is probably nation-wide, but I'm not positive as it wasn't in their normal flyer. TRU (...) (20 years ago, 29-Apr-04, to lugnet.loc.ca)

  Re: 7046 in Canada

I am just going from my price list/catalog release dates. Sometimes the 'big guys' can get things around the same time as shop@home, but the smaller dealers for sure won't see it till July, same as the Falcon, and quite a few other sets as well. HP (...)   Spiderman 2 sets at TRU

Emailed this around on Monday, but thought I should put a heads up here. New Spiderman 2 sets are now at TRU in Canada. 4853 Spider-Man's Street Chase - $15 4854 Doc Ock's Bank Robbery - $30 4857 Doc Ock's Fusion Lab - $30 4855 Spider-Man's Train (...)   Re: 7046 in Canada

Dealers are not getting the 7046 till July, so it's a semi shop@home exclusive for a few months of preview. A very common thing these days. Same with Falcon, new falcon probably won't hit shelves till July retail wise, but shop@home has it already (20 years ago, 21-Apr-04, to lugnet.loc.ca, lugnet.town)

  Shopping Update

Stopped at TRU on Merivale today. They have ALL the X-Pods now. A bin full.   7046 in Canada

I'm trying to find 7046 in the Vancouver Area. I've looked at TRU, Wal-Mart, Zellers, and none of them have the Fire Boat.
