You forgot to mention the big ass Penguin made of regular and duplo bricks... complete with lots of pink plates for an ice cream cone! Eatons seems to be trying and gave a lot of thought to their toy department. They also have a massive Rokenbok (...) (24 years ago, 3-Dec-00, to lugnet.loc.ca)

  Lego found at the new "EATONS" Department Store
 
In downtown vancouver the new EATON'S store has a small but high tech toy department on level 2. They had about 4 isles of LEGO and a few large displays. Sighted were the Millennium falcon and the large UCS Sets. The prices seemed to be ~ TRU. I'll (...) (24 years ago, 3-Dec-00, to lugnet.loc.ca)

I've been looking here in Calgary for a little while. Not a real in depth search, but checking out some of the Shell's that I get gas at. But no luck. I even called the Shell company 'headquarters' in Calgary a few weeks back, and asked if they (...) (24 years ago, 2-Dec-00, to lugnet.loc.ca)

Heather, the new Lego is here (didn't get any though...it doesn't seem all that great for town buildings) at least what the Zellers on Stvanger drive has (Studios-Temple of Gloom, Cameraman, Mars- 2 Mecha, the solar flyer, no new SW that I saw) For (...) The Chrome castle sets are also available at the Countryside Toy Outlet in St Jacobs Ontario. The price there was $6.99 each. They also had a bunch of small adventurer sets for 3.99 each. They'll ship to pretty much anywhere as well. AK (...) (24 years ago, 29-Nov-00, to lugnet.loc.ca.on.tor)
