My local Toyworld doesn't run the national catalogues etc. either and their prices are ridiculous. The Toyworld in Gladstone,QLD (about 1.5 hours drive away) does, but it is a long way to go.. The really funny thing about this is that this set has always been extremely rare in Tas and it gets always gets snaffled day 1 at full price ($208)... and yet suddenly LA can make available heaps of them at a greatly reduced price!
