I know everyone loves statistics (and I know this because I used myself as a
representative sample of readers of .loc.au), so here's the .loc.au stats
for September.
In September, there were 48 posters to .loc.au (up one since August), but 21 of
them were foreigners (up from 8 in August!). There were 172 total
posts to .loc.au, down 97 on August.
Of the 27 Australians who posted (down 12 on August), 5 made more than 10
posts and 4 made between 6 and and 10 posts.
Each of the 21 foreign visitors made an average of just over 1.1 posts to loc.au
The average number of posts made by Australians was nearly 5.5 and the
standard deviation was 5.7 . (The median was 4, and the mode was 1).
The top nine (in quantity, not necessarily quality, especially for the top
entry) posters for August in loc.au were:
26.. Richie Dulin (same number of posts as last month!)
15.. Richard Parsons
14.. Kerry Raymond (despite her O/S trip)
12.. Ross Crawford
11.. Ben Whytcross
7.. Mel Brown (now established in the new abode) AND James Howse

The average length of post and total length per person stats are still
under development (which I know will leave Ross dissappointed, yet again).
