Discussions were held between James, Kev & myself at Andrastavia today
(three STUDS - that's almost a quorum). The plan is to hold the next S'fest
at the Hornsby Heights Community Hall again, which is vaguely central,
easily booked and fairly cheap. I'll phone the council early next week to
check for availability, but it is likely to be the first or second Sunday in
October (the first is the long weekend, so the second would probably be
preferable).
This plan is definitely flexible... offers of alternative venues , anyone?
James tells me that the hall-booker as the right to determine the Brik Wars
theme... which remains undecided. Options discussed last time were
Atlantean/Victorian and post-Apocalyptic. Both have excellent possibilities.
Thoughts on dates/venues/Brik Wars themes would be most welcome.
