The Famous Planes Kit was at LUG'OZ last Sunday
...and kept in a box the whole time...

(and in the boot of my car on
Saturday). Richie Dulin had purchased it in our S@H order.

They both remain in their boxes at the moment, waiting for suitably
uninterrupted building time. I've already identified some parts which are
going to be useful for other projects, so some part substitutions may be
made during construction.

The Triplane is obviously a 2002 set; lots of those new curved parts are
used. It also seems to have more generally useful parts (as well as more of
them) than the Sopwith, but I'll report back when I've built them both.

Cheers

Richie Dulin
