A customer in Australia was contacted by UPS concerning a delivery where she
was asked to pay both Customs and GST before it could be delivered.
This is a mistake! LEGO Direct pays all Customs, GST and fees on behalf of
the customers. So the price visible at www.LEGO.com is all inclusive.
We have been working with UPS to clear up why this has happened to prevent
it from happening again. While this error is a typical start up error, it is
of course completely unacceptable. We are working fast and feverously to
make sure this error doesn't happen again.
