In lugnet.loc.au, James Howse writes:
How does Ahab do it? Battle after battle he strides on, never dying. Agents
of She Who Must Be Obeyed are now infiltrating the ECSP base in order to
answer this very question.

In the case of the strike on Bricktoria, Ahab, at the urging of his quiet
and unassuming second in command, Flint, decided that the best way to fight
that particular battle was to be somewhere else altogether.

Ahab sat it out from his forward base, watching the whole thing unfold on a
small video screen, with the Rugby League State of Origin pre match on the
big video screen.

On another note some bright spark in the medical corp has declared that
stonefish poisoning is not fatal, merely inducing a "death like slumber". At
this news Lieutenant Rightway is regretting his decision to bury Cpt.Quirk
at Puckapunyal on the way back from Bricktoria.
Rumours of a substantial reward for the return of the Quirk (twice voted
most stylish Captain in the quadrant) have led to several forces converging
on the tiny planet. Reports of a medieval age civilisation and the
requirement to adhere to the PrimaryObjective means that several (dodgy)
attempts at an undercover operation will most likely ensue.

Did someone say reward?  Bill and Ted are being equipped as I type, and
squads being embarked.  Knowing that breaking the PrimaryObjective will only
attract attention, sizable quantities of medieval weapons are also being
taken aboard.

The first Sunday in August feels like an auspicious time for a rescue mission...

Richard
Still baldly going...
