Rule when making purchases from the US. Always have the sender declare the value as being under $100 US and describe the contents as "construction toy/parts" not lego. Canadians also have to pay GST on purchases made on behalf of Ozzys unlike in the (...) (23 years ago, 6-Jun-01, to lugnet.loc.au)
