Thanks so much David, I hope Jamie will forgive us for posting his
information online.
If no one from Australia is willing to call soon, I will, but a long
distance call from the U.S. is quite an expense, so if any of you locals is
willing to go ahead and call him it would be much appreciated. If anyone
happens to call, let us know, brief us in, at least that he's ok.
