I guess Aust Post would be within their rights to demand the extra before they'll deliver it, or make you put 10% more stamps on, though whether they would or not is another question. As far as I'm aware there is no distinction between pre and post GST domestic stamps, so after the new cut off date (March 4th) you'd still have to put an extra 10% postage on for international mail using old domestic stamps.
