A second alternative is to try and find a local toy store, and see if they
will get in large orders for you at their cost + a small %. This would • still
be cheaper for us, as well as getting the store extra income without the
hassle of shelf space. The only problem is that whoever can do this has to
get the orders organized, and there would be postage costs.

There is one way around this...Could we start our own 'toy store'? I think we'd have better lucky with this approach. Unfortunately, I don't know what this would involve cost-wise, although I think LA requires you have a $6000 balance with them :( (...) (24 years ago, 1-May-00, to lugnet.loc.au)
