In cats, a friend of mine refers to it as the Musclecar Position.

In cars, particularly the American Musclecar variety, it's called the Cat In

(...) Hmmm...my initial thoughts were along similar lines. Maybe in 2870 it's actually been on the chargrill already and is cooling it's heels. Nothing like a hot plate to make your tail thin and crispy. The front of box image has the small black (...) (24 years ago, 1-Nov-00, to lugnet.loc.au)
