Studfest: Part the Fifth - Brikwars (was Re: LegOz 2000.8 - BrikWars)

(...) Maybe it only felt like 250 ;-) Although we should probably do a bit of mathematics: I had 23 heavy horse, 10 musketeers, 15 archers, 4 infantry, 6 sailors, 4 babes, four siege weapon operators (the ones who fled into the forest after the (...) (25 years ago, 8-Aug-00, to lugnet.loc.au)

Dear Larry - although there are a few places around that serve native fauna - to you, it's probably not as Australian as Thai, Italian etc. Apparently Australia's best eating experiences are what's being referred to as "nouveau cuisine," and it's (...)   Re: LegOz 2000.X - BrikWars

(...) Posssibly a bit of exaggeration, more like 200 figs, hmm that's still lots isn't it? Firstly, the game took about 7 hours to play. Second, as you know mortality is very high in the game, though there were around 50 figs left at the end. (...) (25 years ago, 7-Aug-00, to lugnet.loc.au)

(...) Bugg..bother. I'll have a word with myself about specks and planks in eyes later. I did mean medieval, i.e. TL 2. IIRC that's what everyone's got quite a bit of, and can do some scenery (with cool barred windows) for. Some exceptions might be (...)   Studfest: Part the Fifth (Re: LegOz 2000.8 - BrikWars)

(...) I'm with you. For me the glorious heroic stupidity and utter incongruity is the fun. (...) TL3 is a bit more Rennaissance than Medieval (see, I've been reading my books again.....), but lack of food or religious enlightenment are perennials, (...) Well, be sure not to step on or too close to any sharks, crocodiles (a.k.a. crocs), snakes, box jellyfish, rabid dogs, cane toads, funnelweb spiders, redback spiders, black widow spiders, and visiting or local politicians. ;-) That last species are (...)
