  newbie to lugnet

Hi there, Lego collecting has recently been revived from my childhood and so I'm new to Lugnet. The themes I'm interested in are Castle and Pirate. I'm particularly looking for Imperial (both red and blue coats) Pirate sets and oldish Castle sets. (...) (25 years ago, 4-Oct-00, to lugnet.loc.au.tas.hob)

  TRU Heads-up

I'm not sure if I've seen this item mentioned, but the 8462 blue Technic tow truck is on sale at TRU for $131.00. I seem to recall that David Drew recommended buying it for under $200, so this seems like a pretty good price. Have fun finding one (...) (25 years ago, 3-Oct-00, to lugnet.loc.au)

I'm looking for an 8880 Technic Supercar to buy, preferably new but if not, I'd be happy with a second hand version. Has to be complete though. Anybody??? Cheers Andreas (25 years ago, 3-Oct-00, to lugnet.loc.au.tas.hob)

  Re: My AT-ST

That's pretty good, I like to see models made in the style that "Lego would." That's how I built my Imperial Shuttle... I hope that Lego's model resembles this one, it's an excellent "legoish" rendition. -Bryan (...) (25 years ago, 3-Oct-00, to lugnet.starwars, lugnet.loc.au)
