After so many postings have been asking for that change, I just wanted to give
my vote for the 'status quo'. TLC can never be part of the AFOL community: they
are a company that wants to make profit (nothing wrong about that) - we are
adult fans. Of course we can have exchange of minds and any discussion might be
helpful for both sides. Lego Direct is doing a good job and provides us AFOLs
with lots of good stuff, that I never would have expected to see a fe years
ago. I think we can get this stuff, because TLC (Lego Direct) has learned to
listen to us.

Agree.
(Another answer could be: 'Information has been forwarded to the xyz-LEGO
department')
To answer on any other requests outside lugnet.lego.direct I think the way
ROSCO has suggested is perfectly ok.
