Is it really a good thing if someone at TLC happens to have TLC records
which allow them to answer one of the "Dear Gary" posts, and they are
allowed to share that information, to not allow them to directly respond
to the original question? Are we saying that we ONLY want to see fan
speculation? Of course I guess the TLC employee could post the answer in
lugnet.lego, then go post a response using their personal ID to say
"hey, go look at my response".
Or are people not seeing a problem since with the web interface, a
response is easily tied to the original post, no matter what group the
response lands in?
Interestingly, TLC employees aren't even allowed to post in the .admin
groups, so if they have a question about posting, they have to ask over
in lugnet.lego.direct or whatever.
Has something recently occured which has brought this on?
