Dear Lego Officials, Why can't we have the same discount on orders from the Shop at home Europe as you give to the Americans? I just got a mail from Shop At Home Europe, where they say that they know nothing abouth give an amount of reduction on (...) (23 years ago, 16-Feb-02, to lugnet.lego.direct)

(...) I tried to phone Austria this morning on the 00800 number but I got 20 seconds of muzak and was disconnected. Then I e-mailed S@H and they repleyed (on a saterday!). I would think that very large sellers (like WM) might be able to negotiate slightly better terms (50% ?) based on their huge volume. Anyone (...)
