Re: Does anybody actually know Mr Justus?

(...) I don't know that much about programming or even creating websites but, does .asp stuff cache or bookmark? If you are a company that wants to keep tight control over your public image perhaps you only want people seeing the most recent version (...) (24 years ago, 24-Jun-00, to lugnet.lego.direct)

Re: Please fix the pictures on the bulk order page!

Sorry. Since the site is a web page I assumed all they had to do was switch a few images. Apparently the ".asp" ending means it is a bit more advanced than basic html and that fixing the page requires more work than it simple switch of image files. (...)   Re: News from LEGO Direct

Here, here. It does seem to make more sense to offer the windows and doors in the same color frame with the same color glass. Why not switch the picture for the black with clear window to a picture of black with blue glass, and add black with light (...) (24 years ago, 24-Jun-00, to lugnet.lego.direct)

  Re: Naming conventions

If there is a naming convention I doubt it is official. When I was there nothing was refered to by name; everything was done by number. No one ever said "Chris, get on that fork lift and go get us 6 boxes of yellow 2x4 bricks." It was always "Get (...) (24 years ago, 24-Jun-00, to lugnet.lego.direct)

  Re: News from LEGO Direct

(...) Is there any way to keep the "mistakes" available (with the exception of the red doors)? Most of us could need the tinted *and* non tinded window elements as we have discussed here on Lugnet ad infinitum. KL (24 years ago, 24-Jun-00, to lugnet.lego.direct)

Re: Check your LEGO Direct Packing Slips...

(...) When I made my order with Lego direct I also purchased a set from the S@H catalog. Since the Lego direct prices to not include shipping, I was charged for that and also charged the old price for the set. So make sure you place two orders if (...)   Re: News from LEGO Direct

(...) So, uh, place another order NOW, before they swap them over ;-) I got 100 of the 1x4x5s, I think I'll stick with that, and order a ton when they change to clear. Can't WAIT for the black-framed doors, but I sure wish they cost a little less - (...) (24 years ago, 23-Jun-00, to lugnet.lego.direct)

  Re: News from LEGO Direct

  Re: News from LEGO Direct

(...) Ooh, I wish I'd seen this before I just placed an order... I would have ordered more of the black windows. I'd appreciate it if all the window glass in these bulk orders was the same color (at least until they get more colors). (24 years ago, 23-Jun-00, to lugnet.lego.direct)
