Dear Lego/Lego Direct, Is there any chance you might release special minifig sets with Ogel's skeleton henchmen? I would buy many of them. I really like the figs, but with only two in each Ogel Command Center, I don't imagine I'll be getting many (...) (24 years ago, 19-Mar-01, to lugnet.lego.direct, lugnet.dear-lego)

Re: Still time to enter the LEGO Train Contest

(...) I've entered a couple models of my own as well. And as for the issue of legal rights to our designs? Well, we must remember that LEGO is a fun pasttime and I know that I can never make a living off building with these either. So if LEGO takes (...) (24 years ago, 19-Mar-01, to lugnet.lego.direct)

In lugnet.lego.direct, Jake McKee wrote to remind us of the Train Contest. While I applaud that LEGO has chosen to recognize the Train enthusiasts (including the "over 18" builders :-), I'm a bit disappointed in the claus that forces the builders to (...) (...) Just a couple of nits to pick: One, TLC can't "pull rank," although I'm sure that's not literally what you meant. Two, editorial control was not exercised, so "censor" isn't really accurate. --Todd (24 years ago, 19-Mar-01, to lugnet.admin.nntp, lugnet.general, lugnet.lego.direct)
