(...) OK - The problem is/was the firewall/proxy server. I connected my computer "directly" to the Internet and after several tries, I was finally able to use Mosaic. I believe that LEGO Direct wants to "own" the accounts wherever they choose to sell the shirts through (i.e., they keep the password to the account and they receive all the cheques at their own mailing address).
