I pressed Jake on what criteria we should make our choices: What we use most, most of the time or what we would like the most because we can’t get them this week? I also pointed out that I don’t want bricks from LEGO that I can buy for less on BrickLink (If the cheapest source of 2x4 bricks was TLC, than that would be my top priority, but if the prices would be high, than I would give priority to things I can’t get elsewhere. Of course, I would love silver 2x4 plates, but I would never buy 10,000 of them the way we do a lot of other bricks.).

Jake’s reply was that he couldn’t/wouldn’t say.

In the end, because of the reports that the survey site wasn’t working and because I didn’t understand the criteria, I didn’t enter the survey.

(Actually 800+ responses strikes ME as a lot for this community. I more suspect a lot of multiple voting to get to that total).
