Dear LEGO Direct, Previously I made a request for some new LEGO Architectural elements that can be used by the Town and Train Systems (or any other systems that can find it useful). I have just spent 1/2 hour reading the "are you listening lego" thread: Here we have a large conversation about you, and we haven't even heard a peep out of you. (...) Jonathan, I understand your frustration but I've always tried to keep it in the perspective of how well all the big companies I've ever worked for respond to change.
