(...) It is interesting how many mistakes are not made by Lego. When ever I am short a piece I am totally surprised. For those who do not know, Lego will send replace pieces free, even when you lose them. I steped on a blue airtank, called Lego (...) (17 years ago, 23-Mar-07, to lugnet.inv)

(...) Hi, Parts coming in two separate pieces rather than assembled is of course not a quality problem but a cost issue for TLC. (...) It is certainly wlcomed by me. Splitting the 2x2 turntables is hard but now I don't have to do it :D For kids it's just one more stage of construction so I don't see it as a problem unless the parts are hard to put together (in which case (...) (17 years ago, 24-Mar-07, to lugnet.parts)
