  Re: Harry Potter License

(...) No , Lego is NOT done with HP... (...) Intrested in HP or not the Lego series has brought a lot of great parts out that would other wise never have been made. A lot of the LOTR creations I've seen make extensive use of HP elements. Juniorized (...) (21 years ago, 30-Oct-03, to lugnet.harrypotter)

  Re: Harry Potter License

(...) As far as I know, the original license is to be 3 films. Warner has decided to go on with the forth movie, which will start filming some time in late 2004 or early 2005. Even though I am a Harry Potter fan, I hope that LEGO does not continue (...) (21 years ago, 29-Oct-03, to lugnet.harrypotter)

  Harry Potter License

Is it true that the license is only for the 1st 2 movies? Basically, is what we see out now all that we are getting? (21 years ago, 29-Oct-03, to lugnet.harrypotter)

(...) The firebox is too cool! Very clever! I'm going to have to try that out... it's off to BrickLink I go. :-) Thanks for sharing, Mark (21 years ago, 30-Sep-03, to lugnet.harrypotter, lugnet.trains)

  Re: Hogswarts Express

(...) I'm sure I could have fooled with it and made it worked as adveritized (sort of) but, it's still more fun like this. It was a huge hit at the NILTC Thomas the Tank Engine show... (URL) that point it hadn't yet evolved the lighted fire box. The (...) (21 years ago, 30-Sep-03, to lugnet.harrypotter, lugnet.trains)

  Harry Potter figure: sculpture [Glued]

I was recently contacted by a person who won a Harry Potter figure in a promo at a ToysRUs. It is about 18 inches high and is in a box which was used to hold the entries for the giveaway. Has anyone seen one of these before? Does anyone have an idea (...) (21 years ago, 30-Sep-03, to lugnet.market.appraisal, lugnet.harrypotter, FTX)

  Re: Hogswarts Express

(...) The luggage unloading works properly _if_ you ensure you build the engine carefully. All the bricks must be pushed togther properly. Mine had been built as a display model for a ship, and its mechanism didn't work properly. Once I'd rebuilt (...) (21 years ago, 30-Sep-03, to lugnet.harrypotter, lugnet.trains)

  Hogswarts Express

The biggest problem with this set is the magic unloading luggage which isn't and doesn't! My latest version of this set replaces the shock absorber and treasure chest with a working headlight and an animated, lighted firebox. These are infinatly (...)   Re: 4729 Dumbledore's Office Staircase Fix

(...) Hi Thomas, I had this problem with my newly acquired HP Castle. I had a similar idea of putting plates under the steps. Your idea with the hinges is great and quite unique. Ben (21 years ago, 14-Sep-03, to lugnet.harrypotter)

  4729 Dumbledore's Office Staircase Fix

I posted my solution to the loose staircase in 4729 Dumbledore's Office below: (URL) like my solution because it allows the stairs to be rotated and locked back with the flick of a hinge. Take a look. (21 years ago, 12-Sep-03, to lugnet.general, lugnet.harrypotter)

Re: order of the phoenix, spoiler thread

Would be nice if LEGO brought back boxes of themed Lego Figures. This way they can produce a Harry Potter Themed Figure Set labeled "Dumbledore's Army", which would include ALL the students in participation. -Another possible set would be Fred + (...)   HP Predictions OWL's

At the End of the 5th Year, All Hogwart students (in 5th Year) take the OWL's (Ordinary Wizarding Levels).
