Richard, You are right, the Serpent Sheild is awesome. Is that supposed to be the Slytherin Entrance to their dorm room? Also Crabbe, and goyle look great! I saw Madam Hooch. She was kewl! Is the light grey statue (suit of armor) from Hogwarts Castle considered a minifig? I can't seem to find it in any of the set databases. Hello, I received my new steps, which are replaced with the correct orientation. But in the Letter, and I fear for legal reasons, they state: "I am happy to confirm that all the stair pieces, regardless of the rib orientation, are fully functional." (...)
