Heya Aaron:
I believe the "statue" is actually one of the ghosts living in Hogwarts. I
forget the name right now, but it is a similiar character as the grey guy in
Snape's Classroom (http://guide.lugnet.com/set/4705). Well, he's not in the
picture Lugnet has (if you look in peeron.com it mentions three minifigs not
two: http://peeron.com/inv/sets/4705). Anyways, yes it is a minifig. A
character from the movie/book, actually.
