Re: What do you think of Goblin heads?

(...) My initial reaction was cool! Then I thought more and decided that I wish it was actually a regular head. I'd also have preferred the Ewoks to be a regular head with printed torsos and use the forester cowl, the Star Wars cowl, or possibly a (...)   Re: What do you think of Goblin heads?

(...) Yeah, painted on noses stuck out like a... oops, wrong newsgroup. Seriously, that Indian head nose looks so weird among the population. Only Timmy had a nose before that. (right?) Maybe painted-on pointed ears would be worth trying. (23 years ago, 4-Jan-02, to lugnet.harrypotter, lugnet.general)

Re: What do you think of Goblin heads?

(...) If you are building an orc army, I would say - stock up. (...) I wouldn't worry about it too much - I think that we already saw noses with the native american figures, so I doubt they will have them sticking out anytime soon. (...) That would (...)   What do you think of Goblin heads?

So, the Gringott's Bank set has goblin heads with protruding ears and such. Are these a good idea in general, or best used sparingly? I figure that you can accept these heads as just one more special piece like beards and hairdos, or worry about the (...) (23 years ago, 4-Jan-02, to lugnet.harrypotter, lugnet.general)

I threw this one together and snapped a few pics using the new camera (combo s-vhsc (...)   spiral stairs defective?

I took a look at my stairs but I can't tell if they are defective or not. How do you know? They seem fairly loosey goosey but I thought that's what its supposed to be like..? I guess I'm just a muggle? (23 years ago, 28-Dec-01, to lugnet.harrypotter)

Re: A closer look at defective spiral stairs GOT S@H Package!

I just received today the Consumer Affairs package to send the defective pieces back, so I will keep everyone informed as to what happens. But I still think everyone who has these bad pieces should call consumer affairs themselves to get the right (...) (23 years ago, 22-Dec-01, to lugnet.harrypotter, lugnet.general)

  Re: Pumpkinhead!

(...) You're right! I hadn't thought of that but the troll head does look a lot like The Phantom. I was thinking of it as "another zombie head." The coloring is great but the thing that makes the troll head for me is that nose. Rare enough for a (...) (23 years ago, 21-Dec-01, to lugnet.harrypotter)
