I am curious which LEGO sets are most common. For example, among currently
available LEGO sets, which are produced in the greatest quantities, and

available directly from LEGO, or do you think it can be generally deduced from
the proportions visible on a sample of freshly-stocked store shelves?

Please share any ideas you may have on the topic.

Thanks,

I would lean towards Star Wars, City, and Bionicle, simply on the basis that
those lines are the top sellers for TLG over the past 2-3 years.

Top sellers would mean that more production would be focused on the line to
replentish sales, and thus, would be more widely produced.

Then, you would probably look at the price of each set.

That said, you know how hard it is for TLG to keep the Star Wars Clone Walker
Battle Pack in stock?
