What did they charge you, with shipping?

I just checked and it’s at least 25 euros (about $40!!!) for shipping.

| (...) The special edition costs €39,90. Add the €25,00 for shipping to the United States and you get €64.90, which at today's exchange rate is about $102.29. That seems crazy, but this is a reference book with 800+ pages and 8000 color photographs (...) (16 years ago, 28-Jun-08, to lugnet.general, FTX)
