Hi, I'm new to the Lugnet community. I paid for a membership to Lugnet over a week ago using Paypal, but I haven't received any confirmation about my membership number or anything. I've already sent a couple of emails, but haven't received a (...) (19 years ago, 23-Jul-05, to lugnet.general)

  Re: The LEGO Revival Survey

As I write this I have not viewed any other responses. (...) They are fun for me, fun for the kids, they are great for building anything you want, they are fun to collect and display. Through Lego toys I meet a lot of interseting people. (...) The (...) (19 years ago, 23-Jul-05, to lugnet.general)

  Re: Build the Trust

(...) Micro. but this is more difficult than I'd expected, ..trying to make it look really good. My brain is hard wired for fig-scale. I might wimp out and build a different, generally historic, small home at minifig scale. -Suz (19 years ago, 23-Jul-05, to lugnet.events.brickfest, lugnet.lego, lugnet.general)

  Re: The LEGO Revival Survey

There are so many members here at Lugnet yet I feared too few ever check the home page or .general. So, I plea with all of you to allow (...)   custom made stickers for MF

Hi, Did you ever noticed this BS gallery (URL) quite a LEGO purist, and I don't especially like stickers and custom parts. I'm not even a SW fan. But what a great design are these stickers !! I particularly like these design : (URL) would be pleased (...) (19 years ago, 22-Jul-05, to lugnet.general)

  Brickshelf Status

Well after reading several post from this thread ((URL)) I finally gave up and figured it easier to just re-ask the question in the hopes of getting a "final answer" for a $1 million dollars. LOL!! Does anyone know what the status of BRICKSHELF is? (...) (19 years ago, 21-Jul-05, to lugnet.general, FTX) !

  Re: Build the Trust

(...) I just realized I can make the whole Robie house out of 1x6 red plates and match the dimensions of the original, weird bricks FLW used. Zowie. Will I have enough red 1x6 plates from last year? Possibly. (19 years ago, 21-Jul-05, to lugnet.events.brickfest, lugnet.lego, lugnet.general)

  Re: Build the Trust

(...) My road trip went VERY well, I got a lot of good pictures and I have a very clear idea of what to use (a few of, 3 to 5 as I said) the bricks for. They *will* be related to the model. Now, the question becomes, can I carve out enough time to (...) (19 years ago, 21-Jul-05, to lugnet.events.brickfest, lugnet.lego, lugnet.general)

  Re: Build the Trust

In fact I have no idea what to use the gold bricks for. They are just motivation to actually deliver. I mean, I committed. I will probably build a chryselephantine Zeus out of them or something else. -Erik (19 years ago, 21-Jul-05, to lugnet.events.brickfest, lugnet.lego, lugnet.general)

Re: Show 10 Concludes our Interview with Joe Meno...

Patrick, Thanks so much for the feedback. I am sooo sorry I haven't responded sooner. I'm not use to finding messages hear about the show.   Re: Lego Factory sets released

(...) John- TLC makes 1000s of elements in 100+ (hopefully to be cut in half) colors. That's a lot of theoretical permutations. In any one year, they hardly manufacture a few percent of the possibilities. If they don't make it, we can't buy it (and (...) (19 years ago, 21-Jul-05, to lugnet.general)

  Re: Build the Trust

(...) I think actually I told you at NTS and you forgot I told you, but ya, Gaylord building is it. Now, for bonus points, what's the gold brick tie in? ... And YES I think this is a reusable building when I lose, er I mean, if I lose. (19 years ago, 20-Jul-05, to lugnet.events.brickfest, lugnet.lego, lugnet.general)

  Re: Build the Trust

(...) I am building a minifig-scale model/interpretation of the Farnsworth House in Plano, IL. It will end up slightly off scale due to choice of pieces, but I think it's looking good so far. -nk (19 years ago, 20-Jul-05, to lugnet.events.brickfest, lugnet.lego, lugnet.general, FTX)

  Re: Build the Trust

(...) Sorry to reply to myself. Just to come all out, I plan to have 3 buildings done, all of which I can potentially use in future trainshow with our club. Each time we do a show I hear we need more 1-2 baseplate buildings. This contest was just (...) (19 years ago, 20-Jul-05, to lugnet.events.brickfest, lugnet.lego, lugnet.general, FTX)
