Which colors does this part come in? (I am aware of blue and red, are there any others? How rare is this part in each color? (20 years ago, 26-Nov-04, to lugnet.general)

(...) This piece was made from 1958-72, and only in red or blue. When Lego sloped bricks first came out in 1958 (in red, blue slopes came in production in 1960), it was one of a 13 piece roof system. The other 12 pieces are still in production, but (...) (20 years ago, 26-Nov-04, to lugnet.general)
