If connected via Optus, you call 1800 551 155 then at the prompt enter 1800 835 4386 (same as above). This number operates Mon-Fri (5pm-9am Sydney time) and Tues-Sat (7am - 11am Sydney time). As I said in my previous message, you are talking to an operator in London (I know because I asked!). I've rung this number (it's a free call) a couple of times to sort out problems with credit card payments and getting a couple of mistakes fixed when an order arrived. I've never used it to place an order, but I assume you can. Kerry

(...) Well, wow! Thank you VERY much Kerry - I may actually be able to get some S@H stuff now :) My parents are paranoid about ordering on the net (and being 16, I don't have a Credit Card yet.)
