(...) Ummmmm... It's gray. It's supposed to be dull. Trying to make gray "brighter and sharper" is like trying to make orange not quite as vivid--it defeats the purpose of the color itself. (...) What about his first question? Are bulk packs going to be in normal gray or new gray? If LEGO is going to make bulk packs available in the new grays, then I think they should have new product numbers and be listed in the catalog and website as "new" (...)
