Hey Guys,
This was the last triangle shield I needed to do before I had finished
drawing all of the official LEGO released triangle shield designs, at least
the ones to my knowledge. It is the Lion Heart Shield (my own name, dont
really know what to call it) design from the set 1592. You know, that old
town set that featured some play-acting medieval dressed knights in the
street. They had an awesome shield design, and one Im sure is very well
sought after.

I cant speak to how accurate it is as Ive never managed to acquire a
1592...
but it sure is PURTY!
In fact your Shields Article is just chockablock full of nice work. I like all the
variants that nevertheless fit in thematically... thanks for doing this work
for the community!
Would you consider annotating that articles illustrations to show which
shields are authentic and which are extrapolated, and giving known names
where possible? Its a great resource already but that would make it even
better.

Thanks much Larry! Im glad you liked it, next to the Black Monarchs shield it
was the hardest one I had to do, simply for the lack of high quality, like-new
sticker images. That isnt to say I couldnt find high quality images, just
that I wasnt able to find a crystal clear, clean sticker anyone had.
As for my shield article, that wasnt supposed to be public yet :) I plan to
include thumbnails for quick downloads and actual words and stuff. I was just
building that page to show friends.
I plan to include other things in the article as well, including how to make
your own shield from an existing picture, and rough directions on how to take
the images on disk and turning them into stickers.
Im also toying with the idea of making my raw photoshop files available for
download so that people can make other variations, or whatever theyd like to do
with them.
Thanks for the reply!
